The short version — We only text you when you ask us to, and only to the phone number already on your listing. Reply STOP and we stop.

Who sends these texts

KC Wellness Directory (kcwellnessfinder.com) is operated by Kestrelbook LLC. Texts from us start with "KC Wellness Finder".

What we text, and when

If you are a practitioner listed on the site, you can tap "Text me my edit link" on your own listing. We then send one text with the private link that lets you edit that listing. It goes only to the business phone number already shown on the listing. Nobody can type in a different number.

We send one text each time the link is requested, and no more than one per listing per day. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. You only get a text when the link is requested. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text and we won't text that number again. Reply HELP for help, or email drladd@kcwellnessfinder.com.

Your number stays private

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
